100th blog post {giveaway} !

November 5, 2010

This is my 100th blog post! (You may have already figured that out) I am so excited, as I always am, to have an excuse to give back to my wonderful clients & fans! You are so wonderful to keep coming back for more, with your comments, love and constant support! So, I am happy to announce a fun little “giveaway” contest! Read below for full details…

{GIVEAWAY CONTEST}

(1) Comment here on my blog, or on my facebook wall telling me why you find my work interesting/original or why you keep coming back for more!

(2) Suggest to your friends and family to become a fan of Molly Whitmore Photography, so they can be entered as well in this wonderful giveaway! (hint: wives, there is no limit per household, so get your husbands on board!) But I wouldn’t however, suggest setting up your kids a facebook account, it’s probably not worth it.

(3) Wait patiently for 1 week until I put all names in a mixing bowl and have my daughter (only fair) pull out the winning name!

(4) WINNER get’s to choose his/her favorite freelance picture (3 to choose from as displayed below) matted and framed to perfection! (who couldn’t use a new bathroom picture OR a free Christmas gift!) AND that’s not it! The winner will also receive a Vera Bradley notecard folio/gift set! (note: If the winter is a gentleman, I will pick something a little more “appropriate” unless you just have to have the Vera Bradley notecard set :) )

Each of the pictures chosen would match any decor/style – rustic/vintage, modern and contemporary! Although, if there’s a picture of mine you just love and have to have, I will of course make an exception!

That’s it! How easy was that? It’s just a small way I can give back, after all – there’s no way I’d be at 100 blog post’s without you!

A picture for a little…incentive :)

Good luck and I hope YOU win!

Love & blessings,

Molly

I especially love that you take pictures of people in their natural environment and that they are’nt always so posed, it will be priceless to me to have our pictures taken at our farm. I really enjoy looking at your pictures, Molly! Pictures are especially interesting when you know the photographer! I am enjoying learning to know you and your sweet family. I, too, enjoy the pictures you take in natural settings. I also like to see the vintage props you throw in now and then. It is obvious that you connect well with your customers! Best wishes as you grow your business!

I Love your work Molly! Not only are your pictures phenomenal, watching you work with Camden impresses me. I’ve chased him around the house for over a half-hour trying to get just one good picture until exhaustion sets in. You somehow are able to get 30 to 40 stunning photos in less time. Your amazing!

As a client, I appreciate the way you’re able to capture the personality of the subjects. You’re pictures aren’t just shots portraits, they tell a story–they really are worth 1000 words! All of your photos, whether of people or nature, are full of emotion and draw you in.

congratulations on your 100th post :)

I love all of your props and the thought you put into every picture. I also especially love reading the words you write at the top of each new blog. Can’t wait to book another session with you for special upcoming events in the next couple years!!! Keep up the amzaing work!

Molly, the pictures you did of my sister (Kayla) and cousin (Maria) and her children were fabulous! The way you caught their spirit and energy is spot on!! I can’t wait to have you take more pictures of our family, so I can be included :)

I just suggested you to like 50+ Facebook Friends. Also, I would like to share that I think you pick the most beautiful locations to shoot. You capture people’s heart and innocence in a photo which is a very rare talent. The infants and babies that you photograph are stunning, absolutely beautiful – you make it seem… as if they aren’t a sleep depriving, screaming, crying maniac that they can become at that early stage. You make them look like perfect porcelain dolls. Lastly, your freelance is my favorite and I have 3 of yours already hanging in my home and I adore them. I hope to have you over sometime soon so you can see! You always seem to capture things exactly how my eyes would want to see them.
