Oh where to begin! Our little Miles came as a wonderful surprise, 1 year ago today. He blessed our family in ways we never knew or could imagine. God knew him before we did.

“I knew you before I formed you in your mother’s womb…You made all the delicate, inner parts of my body and knit me together in my mother’s womb.” -Jeremiah 1:5 & Psalm 139:13

It’s so amazing to me how despite our efforts in life, God always knows best & prevails His plan over ours. I’m sure glad He does. And of course, since birth is the moment you fall deeply and instantly in love with your little babe, I had to include that special time we experienced, early morning (12:49 am, to be exact) 1 year ago today.

and the majority of the time (I’m sometimes not sure it’s worth having a tree, ha) he is doing this. pulling the ornaments off (and/or lights) BUT it’s just all worth it. kids have to have some sort of Christmas tree

We love you sweet boy, and can only dream and pray how God will use you & display your love and care that we already see from your personality, only knowing you 1 year! I hope and pray your innocence, zest, sweet, joyful and loving personality will get you places in life only your dreams will imagine. God loves you and knows the wonderful plans he has for you!
